Job Title Camp Awareness Coordinator Location All Odisha Age 18 to 23 year Gender Femail mail Salary 9k to 10k Education 10th 2 graduation Primary Responsibilities Outreach Promotion Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness about the camp and its goals e g through social media school visits local events community partnerships Create promotional materials flyers brochures digital content Represent the camp at community meetings fairs and informational sessions Participant Recruitment Build relationships with schools youth organizations and communities to recruit campers Organize informational sessions and enrollment drives Maintain registration databases and assist families through the sign-up process Program Awareness Education Educate campers and community members about the camp s mission e g environmental conservation health and wellness leadership development Coordinate workshops awareness days or themed activities related to the camp s core values Communication Media Manage the camp s online presence website updates social media accounts Document events through photos videos and blog posts Create newsletters or reports summarizing awareness activities and outcomes Collaboration Work with program staff to align awareness efforts with camp activities Liaise with community leaders sponsors and stakeholders Support volunteer coordination and training for outreach activities Key Skills Qualifications Education Degree or coursework in Communications Education Social Work Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience Skills Strong verbal and written communication Public speaking and presentation Event planning and coordination Social media and digital marketing Cultural sensitivity and community engagement Organizational and time management Personal Traits Passionate about youth development or the camp s specific mission Energetic outgoing and approachable Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Creative thinker with problem-solving skills Impact of the Role The Camp Awareness Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success and visibility of the camp program By increasing community engagement and camper participation they help extend the reach and deepen the impact of the camp s mission Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 9 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
