Requisition Number 65969Corning is vital to progress - in the industries we help shape and in the world we share We invent life-changing technologies using materials science Our scientific and manufacturing expertise boundless curiosity and commitment to purposeful invention place us at the center of the way the world interacts works learns and lives Our sustained investment in research development and invention means we re always ready to solve the toughest challenges alongside our customers The Global Supply Management GSM Function is recognized as a critical function for business success It delivers the training tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function the corporation GSM has leading edge effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements Analyst S2P Operations Description We are looking for an Analyst for Corning India who will work with the Source to Pay India Operations Team in various business processes The Analyst will be part of India S2P team that gathers 7 in-house and many onshore professionals who are spread across APAC EMEA US regions supporting Supplier Management across the globe As an Analyst the candidate will communicate and collaborate with the S2P team on various aspects of the business process but mainly on day-to-day operational transaction processing data recording Moreover the candidate will be responsible to process the daily volume received answer queries received on the group mailbox and be part of the S2P India operations team Roles Responsibilities Process Supplier Create Modify requests for all global regions Coordinate with various departments Buyer BPM Category Lead and MDM to obtain approval and to push the supplier add request for the processing Collaborate with requesters and resolve all issues for Supplier Add modify requests Process the tickets received in the service now portal and communicate with the requester in case of any query Monitor Service Now Queue for any ticket received and process it within the timeline and as per the internal SLA Evaluate the NDA Supplier Add Service Now business processes to identify the process improvement opportunities and implement improvement ideas Maintain records of all transactions processed by himself herself and should be able to deliver the numbers when needed Collate all transaction quality related data and ensure timely updating Prepare Maintain and ensure timely updating of the process SOPs Desired Candidate Good MS Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook skills and experience with different functionalities 4-8 years of experience in transaction processing and group mailbox handling Experience in creating low level reports of the business process and publishing to the supervisor in case of need A self-started motivated individual who can work in pressure A candidate who wants to achieve an extra mile in the carrier and has a zeal to add value to the organization What s in it for the Candidate Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding global organization with irreproachable reputation Open and colorful workplace with multicultural community Work with different transformation tools - Process Innovation RPA Digitization etc Opportunity to grow both professionally and personally Inspiring working atmosphere and a lot of engaging activities Clear career path and extra benefits
