Salary: Rs.7,000 to Rs.15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Photo Retoucher & Editor to handle post-production for our brand’s campaign and product shoots. The role involves editing raw images, enhancing colors, retouching details, and ensuring high-quality output suitable for e-commerce, campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retouch and edit raw images from campaign and product shoots (jewellery, clothing, lifestyle, etc.).
- Enhance image quality by adjusting lighting, color correction, background cleanup, and skin/product retouching.
- Maintain brand consistency in all edited images.
- Prepare final images optimized for different platforms (website, Instagram, Meta ads, print, etc.).
- Meet deadlines while handling bulk editing (50–200+ images per shoot).
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand the desired look and feel.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher / Editor (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing tools.
- Experience in editing fashion, jewellery, or product photography preferred.
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of color grading for campaigns.
- Experience in creative manipulation / advanced retouching.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ad requirements.

Compensation:

- Per project basis (per photo / per shoot) OR
- Monthly retainer for long-term work (negotiable based on experience).
