Role Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Support Engineer to join the ACE program to contribute to the analysis Run Operate activities small enhancements and Production support of Python rule based and ML models The individual will be responsible for interacting directly with the U S business and other teams perform weekly analysis of data and model outcomes to identify drift and underlying patterns and present the same to business teams The individual will also be responsible for analysing and resolving any issues on time as per SLA and also make minor enhancements to the python code as needed Essential Responsibilities 1 Collect analyze data reports from application logs and identify discrepancies and patterns2 Present the analysis outcome to business in a structure template3 Perform Root cause analysis of issues by collaborating with other teams4 Identify manual repeatable process and explore opportunities create scripts to automate them5 Develop deploy minor enhancements in Python 6 Perform Exploratory Data Analysis and Feature Engineering for enhancements and model drifts7 Upskill in AI-ML to start taking up small ML model development work8 Collaborate with cross-functional teams e g product engineering data science to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications 9 Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AI ML development 10 Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations The experience we are looking to add to our team1 7 to 10 years of total experience with strong experience in SQL any database and data analysis 2 2 years of experience in US Healthcare projects with knowledge in Claims Provider3 1 year of experience in Java Python or equivalent programming language and willing to upskill in Python4 Proactive and self driven and delivery value independently with no guidance5 Familiarity with Cloud Run SQL and other GCP or other equivalent cloud services will be a plus6 Experience with Vertex AI or other AI ML platforms is a plus 7 Willingness to work in Run Operate project Analysis Prod Support minor enhancements 8 Good communication and articulation skills9 Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems10 Willingness to work in 12 00 PM to 9 00 PM or 1 00 PM to 10 00 PM shift11 Knowledge in AI-ML would be a plus12 Knowledge in any cloud would be a plus
