This role demands strong expertise in Agile frameworks, customer engagement, and programme governance. The individual will be responsible for defining project frameworks, managing RFPs/RFIs, and mentoring junior project managers. The role is based in Pune, India. What You'll Do - Lead assigned programmes/projects to completion within defined KPIs. - Develop and implement detailed project management plans. - Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. - Establish milestones and action plans to meet objectives. - Define PM frameworks and operating models as needed. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs for new opportunities. - Guide and support junior project managers. - Drive organisational and service line-level changes. - Motivate team members to achieve project goals. Who You Are - 1318 years of overall experience, with 810 years in project/programme management. - Proven track record in handling Application Development (AD) projects worth $25M. - Strong domain knowledge in BIBDA and BSS. - Skilled in Agile management frameworks. - Expert in estimation and productivity. - Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe Advanced. - Proficient in tools such as MPP, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps. - Holds a degree in B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or BSc/MSc in Computer Science.
