Job Description

As aQA Automation Engineerfor our cutting-edgeiXBRL solution, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and create automated and manual test scripts. If youre passionate about working with innovative technology and contributing to a high-impact project, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts forfunctional,regression, andperformancetesting of the iXBRL solution.
- Implement test automation frameworks and tools to optimize the testing process.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews).
- Document test cases, plans and results to ensure clear traceability and maintainability.
- Continuously assess and improve test strategies, tools, and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8 to 12 yearsof experience in aQA Automation Engineerrole or similar.
- 3+Years of experience inCypress
- Proficiency in test automation tools likePostman.
- Strong knowledge ofTypeScriptfor writing automated test scripts.
- Solid understanding ofsoftware testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience withAgilemethodologies and tools (e.g.,Jira,Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity withXBRLandiXBRLfinancial reporting standards is a plus.
