Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze product and customer usage data to help product management and executive leadership make informed decisions
- Build and monitor customer data dashboards, identify patterns and set alerts for the same
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering team for successful execution of product features
- Collaborate with other business functions like marketing and category teams for regular updates on the Nua website
- Compile reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders
- Liaise with the Product team to set clear objectives for day to day functions and measure against the set KPIs

Qualifications:

- Have 1-3 years of prior experience with Product Analytics or Product Operations
- Have good logical thinking capabilities and should be comfortable working with numbers
- Have no fear to work hands on with APIs and JSON text format
- Have strong analytical and reporting skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work across teams
- Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
- Be passionate about the category and the industry of women’s wellness
