Directly reporting to the Global IS Practice Manager - Digital Solutions, the Agile Transformation Lead Digital Practice is responsible to:

- Lead the Agile transformation strategy across departments and business units.
- Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS) tailored to organizational needs.
- Coach senior leaders, product owners, scrum masters, and development teams.
- Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and leadership alignment events.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.
- Define Agile metrics and KPIs to track progress and value delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to remove impediments to Agile adoption and delivery.
- Align Agile initiatives with business strategy and technology roadmaps

Required Profile And Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Agile roles, including 3+ years leading enterprise transformations.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Agile strategies, fostering cultural change, coaching teams and leadership, and ensuring alignement with organizational goals
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, ICAgile Certified Expert) preferred.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
