Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, optimizing product listings, implementing e-commerce marketing strategies, coordinating with customer service teams, and fostering sales growth through digital platforms. The selected candidate will also handle data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications - Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and understanding of online retail strategies - Strong Sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets - Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional user experience - Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring sales data, market trends, and customer behavior - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively - Experience in Ayurveda-focused industries or wellness sectors is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. - Must have graphic design and video editing skills using adobe photoshop, indesign and illustrator
