The Regional Head - Channel Sales will play a pivotal role in driving our channel sales strategies across Metro locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of Channel Partners across multiple cities.
  • Maintain performance targets through effective tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration in each city.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (e.g., developers, brokers).
  • Drive business development and expansion by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Achieve regional sales targets while optimizing sales performance.
  • Travel to required regions for on-site business presence when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 9-14 years of experience in Channel Sales Management within Real Estate (Residential/Commercial).
  • Strong connections with Channel Partners and End Customers.
  • Ability to keep the team highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
  • Proven ability to manage sales teams and channel partners across multiple regions.
  • Leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
