Job Description Responsibilities: - Template & Asset Creation: Craft compelling templates and motion graphics assets optimized for all digital, mobile, and broadcast content platforms, in close partnership with the creative team. - Concept, Design & Animation: Concept, design, animate, and edit a wide range of visual content, including video, animations, social media videos, infographics, overlays, and web content across all digital and mobile platforms. - Workflow Efficiency: Create motion graphic templates to facilitate easy and consistent use by other team members, enhancing overall production efficiency. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow for video production, maintaining high productivity and upholding high creative and technical standards. - Storyboarding & Pre-production: Design innovative storyboards and lead pre-production and creative conceptualization for video and animation projects. - Content Integration: Collaborate effectively with writers, infographic artists, and other content professionals to best support overarching business goals through integrated visual content. - Industry Trends & Research: Research and analyze the latest design techniques and solutions to stay on the leading edge of motion design, bringing innovative approaches to the team. - Post-production Management: Maintain technical standards and manage all aspects of post-production content, ensuring high quality and consistency. - Project Management & Communication: Exercise sound judgment and strong project management skills to balance priorities and effectively communicate project status to teams, striving to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments. Keep internal clients informed of project progress. - Long-Term Design Strategy: Develop long-term design strategies, staying ahead of the curve on design technologies and understanding how they can be applied to meet the evolving needs of the design team. - Performance Iteration: Partner closely with the social media and analytics teams to gain performance insights, using this data to iterate and develop new concepts that are both on-brand and highly effective. - Brand Adherence & Innovation: Adhere strictly to brand and style guidelines while continuously pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh and engaging content. Required Skills: - Proficiency in crafting templates and motion graphics assets for various digital platforms. - Ability to concept, design, animate, and edit video, animations, social media videos, infographics, overlays, and web content (2D/3D). - Experience in creating motion graphic templates for team use. - Strong collaboration skills for working with marketing and creative teams. - Ability to design innovative storyboards and lead pre-production. - Experience in collaborating with writers, infographic artists, and other content professionals. - Capability to research and analyze best design techniques and solutions. - Skills in maintaining technical standards and managing post-production content. - Strong project management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to develop long-term design strategies and stay updated on design technologies. - Proficiency in partnering with social and analytics teams for performance insights. - Strong adherence to brand and style guidelines while maintaining creative innovation. - Expertise in relevant software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software).
