What you'll do

As a Full-Stack / Frontend Senior Developer (f/m/d) - Java, SAPUI5 - SAP Asset Performance Management, you will innovate, design, develop, and test product features for our SaaS product on the SAP Business Technology Platform. You will work closely with senior team members, technical leads, and product managers to ensure team success. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting and fixing customer issues, analyzing and solving problems in both existing and new code, and working on technical Proof of Concepts. Additionally, you will enhance your skills beyond your core focus, contributing to various tasks for the team's benefit. Your programming expertise in Java and understanding of microservices design will be crucial in delivering high-quality, maintainable, and performant solutions.

What you bring

- 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based applications with good skills in JavaScript and SAPUI5 development. If your focus is Full-Stack, additional experience in Java, Spring Boot and SQL is required.

- Ability to prepare technical design and architecture
- Expertise in design patterns
- Experience in CI/CD model using tools like GIT, JUnit, Sonar
- Excellent understanding of cloud qualities like resiliency, observability, scalability, performance etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders
- Ability to identify and prioritize technical development initiatives based on business requirements
- Achieve development excellence through design and code reviews
- Hands-on experience with SAPUI5 / Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BTP and HANA DB design knowledge is added advantage
- Additional knowledge in IoT/EDGE/device management is advantageous and highly welcome
