We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This position is open for both full-time and internship candidates. Interns will undergo a performance-based evaluation during the internship period, and high-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on skills, consistency, and overall contribution. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: - Conceptualize and create visually compelling digital and print assets, including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, banners, and brand collateral - Ensure creative consistency across all visual content while aligning with the brand's design language and communication goals - Optimize visual content for various digital platforms (, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to ensure maximum audience engagement and reach. Video Editing: - Edit, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, testimonials, reels, product showcases, and other multimedia initiatives - Stay up to date with evolving design trends, visual technologies, and multimedia storytelling techniques - Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards Required Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) - Familiarity with tools like Figma or Final Cut Pro is a plus - Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and color theory - Solid grasp of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and branding - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to take ownership of creative projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment - A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design and video editing work is mandatory What We Offer: - Professional growth and learning opportunities - Exposure to diverse projects across multiple platforms - Work with a passionate, mission-driven team - Performance-based full-time conversion opportunity for interns Employment Details: Experience Required: 0-2 Years Position: Full-Time Employment Status: Full-Time Priority: High Also Open For: Internship candidates with performance-based evaluation Application Process: Interested candidates must submit: 1.
