Job Description Responsibilities - Lead and manage the architectural design process for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional growth and development. - Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements. - Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design proposals and gather feedback. - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in architectural design to drive continuous improvement. - Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices within the organization. - Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within budget constraints. - Manage relationships with external design consultants and contractors to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with project managers to integrate architectural design requirements with overall project objectives. Qualifications - Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Architectural Design within the Real Estate industry. - Demonstrated track record of successfully leading architectural design projects from concept to completion. - Proven experience in managing a team of architects and designers.
