Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates, helping us find the best talent to join our organization.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
