HR Recruiter Full-Time
Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur
Salary: 18,000 20,000/month ( based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 7:45 PM
Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)

What You'll Do :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms to attract qualified talent.
- Lead training sessions with team.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with HR Manager regarding HR Ops works.

What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of hiring trends and market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
