About the Role We are inviting freelance POSH Trainers / Workplace Safety Educators who are passionate about gender equality, compliance, and professional development to join our growing national network. As a POSH Act & Workplace Safety Trainer, you will: Deliver 45-60 minute training sessions (Online / Offline) on POSH Act & workplace conduct. ️ Train employees, HR professionals & management on legal duties, responsibilities, and reporting procedures. Guide organizations on forming and maintaining Internal Committees (ICCs). Represent Concept of Living Charitable Trust in corporate CSR programs and awareness campaigns.
