About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Business Analyst (Individual Contributor role) with 2-4 years of experience in a B2C/D2C product startup. In this role, you will analyze data, generate insights, and influence strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, improve customer experience, and drive overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to optimize product performance, improve customer experience, and support business decisions.

✅ User Behavior Analysis: Interpret user behavior patterns to develop actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategies.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to align business goals and ensure seamless execution.

✅ Strategic Planning: Identify new business opportunities, anticipate challenges, and provide data-backed recommendations to senior management.

✅ KPI Management: Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and overall product success.

✅ Market Research: Conduct thorough market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and anticipate customer needs.

✅ Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

🔹 Experience: 2-4 years as a Business Analyst in a B2C/D2C product startup or a similarly fast-paced environment.

🔹 Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills with proven experience in working with large datasets and generating insights.

🔹 User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer journeys, behavior analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

🔹 Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

🔹 Strong Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

🔹 Proactive Approach: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes initiative.

🔹 Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
