Salary: 15,000 (In-Hand)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Workdays: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
Mode of Interview: Face-to-face
Job Overview:
Legacy Business Solutions is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
Support other departments with basic office tasks when needed
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 0-1years in a receptionist or front desk role (Freshers welcome)
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, polite and professional demeanor
Traits: Well-groomed, organized, customer-friendly, and proactive
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling
