Job Description- Draughtsman (Short term contract) Urgent requirement SHORT- TERM CONTRACT BASED WORK- 6 Months Experience: 5–6 Years Contract Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Work From Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Hitech City Hyderabad, Telangana Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD skills to support our project team on a short-term contractual basis. The role requires precision, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. - Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings as required. - Update and revise existing drawings based on instructions from architects/engineers. - Coordinate with the project team to understand drawing requirements. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical standards and project specifications. - Manage drawing files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of deliverables. - Support in preparing BOQs or measurements (if required). Required skill/Qualification: - 5–6 years of experience as a Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architecture. - Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D added advantage). - Hands-on knowledge of related tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software) is a plus. - Strong understanding of building drawings, detailing, and industry standards. - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality drawings within strict timelines. - Good communication and coordination skills. Contract Term: - Short-term engagement for 6 months based on project requirements. - Full-time, work-from-office role (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM). - Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
