Job Description

We seeking highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineers with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. We are hiring three candidates, each with specialized expertise: one with experience in the banking sector, another with cloud FinOps development, and one with chatbot development including automation and cloud computing. The successful candidates will work on three different projects aligned with their areas of expertise. They will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining high-performance AI/ML models and backend systems, while also collaborating with frontend developers to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address business challenges and project needs.

Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and inference.

Develop machine learning algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Develop and deploy chatbot applications capable of automating tasks and handling FAQs through conversational interfaces. Implement AI-driven solutions for prediction and recommendation systems, enhancing user experience and engagement.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.

Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools to present AI insights and performance metrics.

Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and designers, to ensure project success.

Deploy and manage AI/ML models on AWS cloud services, ensuring robustness and scalability.

Present and demonstrate AI solutions to external clients and stakeholders, showcasing project progress and technical capabilities.

Automate AI workflows and model retraining pipelines to enhance efficiency.

Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, with strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

Proven experience in developing AI/ML solutions for banking, cloud FinOps, or chatbot automation projects.

Specialized experience in building conversational chatbots for automating tasks, handling customer FAQs, and providing predictive recommendations.

Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and computer vision.

Experience deploying AI models on AWS Cloud Services.

Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and demo AI solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
