Job Title Site Engineer - Real Estate Villa Projects Company Evergreen Homes and Properties Location Kerala Angamaly Kakkanad Thrissur Athani Chalakudy irinjalakuda Job Type Full-Time About Us Evergreen Properties is a leading real estate development firm managing over 42 properties across key regions in Kerala We specialize in plot development and villa projects delivering high-quality residential environments and investment-ready properties As we expand our operations we are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer with strong leadership and construction management skills Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities across multiple plot developments and villa projects Coordinate with contractors workers and office staff to ensure timely project execution Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved plans quality standards and safety regulations Track project progress resolve on-site issues and provide regular updates to senior management Lead the construction team and build an efficient work culture on-site Verify measurements check material quality and ensure the timely availability of resources Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with structural and municipal norms Collaborate with architects vendors and consultants to streamline operations Maintain site documentation including daily logs material records and labor details Plan and implement efficient work schedules and supervise subcontractors work Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 2 to 5 years of experience in residential construction plot development or real estate projects Strong site management communication and team-handling skills Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver projects on time Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings Working knowledge of site safety protocols and material management Experience in villa construction will be an added advantage What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to grow with a reputed and expanding real estate brand A dynamic work environment with supportive leadership Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Day shift Experience Related field 2 years Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
