Ltd. is a leading consulting firm specializing in Regulatory, Market Access, and Business Consulting for the Healthcare and Medical Device Industry. We work with global manufacturers, importers, and startups to ensure seamless compliance and India market entry. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing HR & Operations team to help us attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Develop job descriptions, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria in coordination with department heads. - Utilize multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and employee referrals. - Maintain and update candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / Excel (as applicable). - Conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience. - Collaborate with HR and management to forecast manpower needs and build a strong talent pipeline. - Ensure timely offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities. - Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Qualifications - Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various platforms, resume screening, and interview coordination skills. - Experience in designing and executing recruitment plans aligned with hiring needs. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders. - Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment analytics, and compliance with labor laws. - Ability to work independently and manage a structured recruitment process efficiently. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Prior experience in recruitment within the consulting or professional services industry is an added advantage.
