Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Assistant Technical Manager. Located in Agra, the Assistant Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily technical operations, providing technical support, managing team performance, conducting research and development activities, and ensuring successful project management. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to meet the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess and solve technical issues
- Team management skills to lead and supervise team members efficiently
- Technical support proficiency to address and resolve technical challenges
- Experience in research and development (R&D) to innovate and improve services
- Project management skills to oversee project progress and ensure timely completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or technical role is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Agra
