Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, NA SMB Growth Initiatives reporting to the VP, NA SMB Growth is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the North America SMB organization. This role will set up scalable, repeatable, and predictable processes to drive growth in the SMB segment. This role requires working cross-functionally across the organization to achieve key objectives, including reducing SMB churn and decline, increasing engagement with existing SMBs, and migrating businesses to updated integrations that unlock our latest features.

Position Overview
The Senior Manager, NA SMB Growth Initiatives reporting to the VP, NA SMB Growth is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the North America SMB organization. This role requires working cross-functionally across the organization to achieve key objectives, including reducing SMB churn and decline, increasing engagement with existing SMBs, and migrating businesses to updated integrations that unlock our latest features.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong general management skill set, capable of designing scalable processes and leveraging data-driven insights. They should be highly analytical, business-savvy, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- 9+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of product strategy and economics, including P&L management
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and navigate commercial challenges
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Experience building and managing relationships with executive stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and using analytics tools to drive strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable, repeatable, and predictable processes to support SMB growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and product, to drive strategic initiatives
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to provide recommendations to senior leadership on new initiatives and SMB growth strategies
- Define strategic priorities by conducting analyses that inform go-to-market plans, product roadmaps, and resource allocation
- Lead critical cross-functional projects, building business cases for initiatives and driving them from conception to completion
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through experiments and data-driven optimizations to enhance SMB engagement and retention
