Job Description Job Description: Key Responsibilities Campus Strategy & Relationship Management - Develop and execute a regionally aligned campus recruitment strategy across India markets. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career services. - Identify and prioritize target schools based on business needs, diversity goals, and talent pipelines. Recruitment & Candidate Experience - Manage full-cycle recruitment for graduate and internship programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Partner with hiring managers and training to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with hiring goals. - Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience across all touch-points. Program Design & Execution - Collaborate with business leaders to design and evolve internship and graduate programs. - Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking for early talent cohorts. - Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data. Employer Branding & Events - Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events, including career fairs, case competitions, and speaker sessions. - Partner with marketing to develop region-specific branding campaigns and digital content. - Leverage social media and alumni networks to amplify brand presence. Data & Reporting - Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, diversity, time-to-fill) and provide insights to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies across India markets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment, preferably in a regional or global organization. - Deep understanding of the APAC university landscape and cultural nuances. - Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel across the region during peak campus seasons. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with applicant tracking systems like Workday. - Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices in PAN India. - Fluency in English.
