Role & Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

- Develop comprehensive project plans for office spaces and retail stores interior fit-outs.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Ensure projects are executed as per schedule and within budget.

Quality Control

- Implement quality procedures to maintain high standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve issues or defects promptly to uphold project integrity.

Finishing Activities

- Oversee finishing works such as POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, flooring, lighting, façade, kitchen installation, and waterproofing.
- Ensure all finishing activities meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain detailed documentation including plans, schedules, progress reports, and final handovers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in managing interior projects for high-end retail outlets, commercial interiors, office interiors hospitals, schools, or apparel stores.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial/retail interiors, construction practices, materials, and techniques.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs (commercial/retail preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
