Job Description HSI Women Returnship Program SAP / Java / Testing (Selenium) / .NET Organization: Her Second Innings (HSI) Locations: Pune, Mysore, Orissa, Kochi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad About the Program Her Second Innings (HSI) invites women professionals looking to relaunch their careers in technology through our structured Returnship Program. This initiative provides a platform to re-enter the corporate world with hands-on project experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities to upskill in your area of expertise. We're partnering with leading organizations across India to offer roles in SAP, Java, Testing (Selenium), and .NET empowering talented women to restart, rebuild, and rise in their tech careers. Key Responsibilities - Participate in live client or internal projects based on your selected specialization SAP / Java / Testing (Selenium) / .NET. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, or test enterprise applications. - Apply technical and analytical skills to solve business problems in real-world environments. - Engage in training, upskilling, and mentoring sessions to refresh and enhance your technical capabilities. - Contribute to project documentation, process improvement, and quality delivery. Specialization Tracks 1. SAP - Hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules (SD / MM / FICO / ABAP / EWM / PP / QM). - Understanding of functional testing, implementation, or process integration. 2. Java - Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and basic cloud integration. 3. Testing (Selenium) - Strong knowledge of Selenium Automation with Java and BDD/Cucumber frameworks. - Exposure to functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. 4. .NET - Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and API integrations. - Familiarity with SQL, MVC, and front-end frameworks (React/Angular preferred). Eligibility - Women professionals with a career break of 1 year or more. - Prior work experience of 38 years in one of the above domains. - Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn emerging tools and frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
