What You'll Do As an AI Agent Developer, you'll be architecting intelligent systems that power our platform. You will have the autonomy to: - Design & Build: Own the end-to-end development of sophisticated AI agents that analyze data, automate workflows, and generate insights for private market professionals. - Innovate with LLMs: Develop agent orchestration and craft advanced prompts to unlock the full potential of large language models in financial applications. - Build the Backbone: Create clean, scalable, and robust APIs (using FastAPI) for seamless agent interactions with complex financial data. - Collaborate & Create: Partner with a tight-knit team of product, design, and engineering experts to turn ambitious ideas into reality. - Push the Boundaries: Stay on the cutting edge of AI, constantly experimenting with new technologies and frameworks to maintain our leadership position. - Optimize for Excellence: Use AI-powered tools and rigorous testing to write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Python code. Requirements Who You Are You're the ideal candidate if you combine strong backend development skills with a passion for building intelligent AI-driven systems. - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in software development with an AI focus. - 1+ years of backend development experience using Python (experience in another language with the ability to learn Python fast also works). - Proven experience in the AI/ML domain with a solid understanding of AI agent architectures. - Technical proficiency with some of our core stack: FastAPI/Django, PostgreSQL (or other SQL databases), and task queues like Celery. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Pytest) is a plus. Bonus Points - Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment. - Worked with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.). - Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. - Experience with vector databases (PG Vector, Pinecone) for RAG applications. - Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
