Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, maintaining and updating candidate records, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. - Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience. - Maintain recruitment reports and databases accurately.
