We are seeking a highly versatile and creative designer who can design physical, digital, and tech-driven political collaterals, ensuring that our platform provides unique, high-quality campaign products for political parties and candidates.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Political Collateral & Merchandise Designer who can design a diverse range of political campaign materials, including physical merchandise, digital and print designs, product showcasing, 3D collectibles, packaging for election gift boxes, stickers, decals, and tech-driven AR/NFT campaign materials.

As a multi-disciplinary designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of political campaigns by creating high-impact campaign products that appeal to political parties, candidates, and strategists. This is a highly creative, strategic, and execution-driven role that requires a deep understanding of Indian political branding, merchandise production, and campaign aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Physical Campaign Collaterals & Merchandise Design:

Design election campaign merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, scarves, wristbands, armbands, sashes, ribbons, caps, shawls, hats, and party veshti.

- Create political accessories such as keychains, pendants, hand fans, thread bracelets, name boards, and political pins.
- Design protest materials like flags, banners, cartoon posters, LED placards, glow sticks, welcome signs, and sunpack placards.
- Develop badges, ID cards, and public meeting accessories for large-scale campaign events.
- Ensure print and production feasibility for all physical merchandise.

2. Digital & Print Collateral Design:

- Develop high-quality digital assets such as posters, flyers, political branding materials, and election manifestos.
- Design stationery items, including notebooks, planners, journals, diaries, calendars, and desk mats with political quotes.
- Create sticker & decal designs, including mobile stickers, car stickers, house door stickers, and shirt stickers.
- Design wall arts, election narrative posters, and campaign welcome signs.
- Optimize designs for digital, print, and screen printing processes.

3. 3D Collectibles & Political Memorabilia:

- Design miniature statues, busts, figurines, and bobbleheads featuring political leaders.
- Create 3D placards and election memorabilia for collectors and campaign branding.
- Develop vote share maps, seat share maps, and political constituency maps.
- Ensure high-quality 3D printing compatibility for all models.

4. Packaging & Custom Gift Boxes:

- Work on die-cut layouts, foldable packaging, and sustainable materials for packaging design.
- Create exclusive product packaging for premium merchandise such as autographed memorabilia and collectible boxes.

5. Augmented Reality (AR) & NFT-Based Political Branding:

- Create AR-powered campaign posters using tools like Adobe Aero, Unity, and WebAR.
- Develop NFT-based digital political collectibles, including limited-edition posters, speech clips, and leader-themed graphics.
- Work on interactive digital campaigns that blend physical and virtual political merchandise.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Graphic & Print Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign
- Merchandise & Apparel Design: Fabric printing techniques, vector graphics, mockup creation
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Blender, ZBrush, Maya, Cinema 4D (for figurines, busts, collectibles)
- Packaging & Product Design: Die-cut layouts, sustainable packaging materials, AI-based customization
- AR & NFT Design (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Adobe Aero, Unity, WebAR, NFT minting platforms
- Knowledge of Political Branding & Campaign Aesthetics: Familiarity with Indian election branding, party colors, leader imagery, and regional campaign styles

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Product Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign merchandise design, print design, or product visualization.
- Prior experience working on political or election-related branding is a huge advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indian politics, party symbols, and campaign branding.
