Key Responsibilities 1.Awareness & Strategic Alignment - Build awareness with clients and stakeholders on the importance of evidence-based CSR and sustainability practices. - Translate CSR priorities into strategies and programs aligned with the Companies Act, MCA guidelines, and global sustainability frameworks (GRI, SDGs, IR). 2.Implementation Oversight & Monitoring - Manage end-to-end execution of Impact Assessment projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. 3.Impact Assessment & Learning - Lead rigorous assessments including baseline, midline, and endline studies with clear impact pathways, measurable indicators, and built-in mechanisms for assessment. - Apply advanced methodologies such as Social Return on Investment (SROI), cost-benefit analysis, and sector-specific evaluations to measure outcomes. - Translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients and partners. 4.Reporting, Compliance & Knowledge Dissemination - Prepare robust, evidence-backed reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations. - Disseminate knowledge through case studies, insights, and best practices to strengthen industry-wide understanding of CSR impact. Requirements - Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Development Studies, or related fields preferable. - Any other field of studies but havingadequate experience in the field of social workwill be considered. - Understanding of social responsibility activities like CSR assessments, monitoring project design, fund raising and such likewith Foundations, Business Corporates. - Experience in NGO due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and community needs assessment. - Knowledge of CSR regulations in India (MCA guidelines, Companies Act) and global sustainability frameworks (GRI, IR, SDGs).
