We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for various IT roles. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to finding the best candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates.

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates technical capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
