Company Description WNS Holdings Limited NYSE WNS is a leading Business Process Management BPM company We combine our deep industry knowledge with technology and analytics expertise to co-create innovative digital-led transformational solutions with clients across 10 industries We enable businesses in Travel Insurance Banking and Financial Services Manufacturing Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Shipping and Logistics Healthcare and Utilities to re-imagine their digital future and transform their outcomes with operational excellence We deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services in finance and accounting procurement customer interaction services and human resources leveraging collaborative models that are tailored to address the unique business challenges of each client We co-create and execute the future vision of 400 clients with the help of our 44 000 employees ALM is seeking a highly organized Strategic Administrative Coordinator to support the Vice President of Law com Scholar This role ensures smooth execution of high-volume deliverables across editorial product marketing operations and external clients and authors allowing senior leadership to focus on strategy AI integration and product growth You will coordinate projects manage communications and track key actions tied to the launch of Law com Scholar s AI-integrated digital library Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Project Coordination Deliverable Managemento Maintain a centralized tracking system for strategic initiatives e g AI-integrated digital library launch Law com 2 0 integration rebrand rollout o Manage timelines action items and status updates related to o Editorial reviews and publishing schedules for national and regional bookso Internal FAQs UX testing coordinationo Departmental coordination for various internal external projectso Track and follow through on deliverables with internal teams including editorial WNS Operations eCommerce and marketing to ensure timely execution Communication Documentation Supporto Coordinate internal and external communications including o Manage author communications for rebrand AI Integration Projecto Manage feedback loops for new initiatives Summarize and provide leadership with overviewo Support VP with follow up items follow-up emails internal updates and executive summaries for meetings o Maintain shared files Google Docs and track reviewer comments and approvals o Schedule and prep meetings across departments and with vendors o Maintain weekly status reports highlighting key actions and blockers o Proactively identify gaps or potential delays and escalate to the VP Qualifications 3-5 years in project coordination editorial operations or executive admin support o Experience in publishing digital products launches desirable o Excellent communication strong attention to detail and follow througho Proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project tools Ex Trello o Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
