Rigging / Lifting Supervisors

Minimum 5-6 Years’ Experience in Oil & Gas Field with similar experience - Handling lifting activities for TA. - Leading and executing assigned lifting activities for TA. - Familiar with all types of Hitches used for Rigging - Ensure that all lifting equipment and gears are Tested, color coded and Certified - Ensure that no load is lifted, where the weight is not stated or unknown - Be aware of any obstructions within crane radius and working area - Prepare and lead the team so as to ensure safe lifting practices, client satisfaction and timely completion. - Perform other job related duties as assigned by the Lifting Supervisor / Lifting Engineer / TA Manager. - Arrangements of lifting area/location including tools and equipment. - Lead and co-ordinate with team to ensure jobs are performed safely, timely and in accordance to required quality requirements. - Ensuring PTW, TRICs and other related documents are in order and at the worksite during the work; conducting Toolbox talks to ensure workforce understood the hazards of the job and the mitigation procedures.
