Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Position is responsible for managing the Tele sales Channel and help the PAN India Team to enhance productivity, accuracy & efficiency. Role Accountability 1. Update all training material required for Dialer usage 2. Ensure all tele sales centers are trained on dialer usage, conductor training on time and providing refresher training periodically 3. Download all changes happening and to ensure smooth change management . 4. Introduce new features on the dialer, testing and implementation 5. Manage Database for dialers which includes campaign management, Reporting/ Mis etc. . 6. Ensure compliance and adherence to regulators on campaign management 7. Work closely with the dialer service provider to deliver benchmark SLAs and deliver on new technologies that improve productivity. Evaluation of other dialer service providers in market for improvement in current services Measures of Success 1. 100% testing and then implementation of the same after resolving all issues 2. Effective and efficient management of the campaigns, On time campaign uploads at least 95% of times 3. 100% adherence on TRAI regulations & resolution of Complaints within TAT Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. Understanding of dialer technology and tele calling set ups 2. Experience of campaign management and MIS reporting Competencies critical to the role Stakeholder Management Qualification Graduate /Post Graduate Preferred Industry BFSI / Telecom / BPO
