We are seeking a dedicated and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at our Borivali office in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for CRM and internal admin systems. - Map user journeys, process flows, and pain points across operational workflows. - Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes. - Work closely with Developers to translate requirements into scalable design solutions. - Drive continuous usability enhancements based on data, feedback, and business priorities. - Maintain and evolve a standardised design system for internal tools. - Conduct UX research and usability testing sessions. - Ensure UI execution aligns with brand guidelines and user-centric design principles. Qualifications and Skills: - 25 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within CRM or admin platforms. - Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory), prototyping tools, and design system creation. - Proven ability to convert complex business processes into intuitive interfaces. - Solid understanding of UX methodologies, responsive design, and usability best practices. - Ability to collaborate within cross-functional squads and manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
