This Position reports to: Delivery Manager-Tax Operations Roles and Responsibilities: The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance for both Indirect and Direct Taxes for multiple countries. This role will be reported directly to the Tax Operations Delivery Manager. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Operations Specialist/Sr. Specialist to support the accurate and timely execution of tax-related processes across our organization. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations. - Tax Documentation & Compliance - Maintain and validate tax documentation - Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. - Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact. - Tax Reporting & Reconciliation - Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings. - Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems. - Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries. - Process Improvement & Automation - Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort. - Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. - Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed. - Risk Management - Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks. - Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes. Qualification for the role: Mandate - Flexible for shift - CA/CWA /CA Inter/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com - Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 5-8 years - Having tax knowledge of overseas countries would be preferred. - Should have problem solving ability as he/she will be responsible to resolve functional tax issues with respect to domestic as well as overseas countries.Should have good working experience in SAP /CFIN/MS Office - Able to manage a big size of team members. - Should have Good Presentation, communication, listening and execution skills.
