Job Description About Home Pick Home Pick is a team of full-service, hands-on Amazon Consultants and Experts dedicated to assisting brands in realizing the enormous potential of the Amazon marketplace. Responsibilities - Work with the Customer service team to provide best in class experience and maintain and improve on 98%+ seller rating. - Monitor account health, performance and resolve issues that may arise, including order fulfillment and customer service. - Work on pricing and brand protection - Update and maintain brand reporting Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years experience managing Amazon e-commerce channel at a brand or an agency. - Proven e-Commerce strategist with a solid understanding of what drives growth in an online business. - Experience with Amazon e-commerce SAAS tools - Have a growth mindset with a desire to test new ideas to unlock new growth. - Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations. - Understanding of marketplace account operations, logistics, and associated fees. - Must work collaboratively across the organization - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
