Reference ENG CADE Position Sr CAD Engineer Job Family Engineering Work instructions procedures and information IMS O4 TDM Team Data Management PDM TESIS Optimap Organizational interfaces Direct Manager Functional Manager Direct Report Organizational interfaces Communication Cooperation Engineering group manager Design Leader or Engineering Project Manager None Design leader EPM CAE engineer validation engineer Competences requirements Knowledge Qualification Previous Experience If relevant Key technical competencies Key behavioural competencies on top of PO Group competencies Other requirements Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experiences Good command of English Basic plastic rules basic mechanicals rules able to build and check product under CAD software system able to lead CAD 3D and 2D activities Missions Missions KPI and or main deliverables Constructs parts and products using CAD software in accordance with POAE methodology and customer specifications Manages CAD files and exchanges with suppliers and customers 3D 2D data Activities Designs and draws technical solutions sketches sections partial models global models overall dimensions tooling assembly kinematics Generates the CAD files in accordance with POAE CAD methodology and CAD specifications of both customer and POAE Verifies CAD file quality by utilizing specific customer file checkers used by customer tools to check CAD file quality Manages CAD files flow Names the CAD files in TDM in accordance with the rules defined by POAE Updates parts attributes in PDM volume theoretical weight projected area painted area Updates models based on technical feasibility studies Uses the PO Design Standard library TESIS during the design construction of CAD models and provides feedback to EPM and Design Leader Performs various checks on his 3D models to ensure good quality of the final product interferences by DMU checks A-surface analysis of visible parts Works closely with EPM Design Leader and extended teams Tooling Expert Department CAE Engineer Moldflow Engineer etc Participates in integrating new CAD Engineers Date Sep 17 2025 Location Pune IN Job Requisition ID 384681
