Job title: Principal AI Architect Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai Experience: 12 to 15 Years Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI frameworks, and Python-based development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AI strategy, defining technical architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: - AI Strategy & Architecture - Define and own the AI architecture vision, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends. - Architect scalable AI/ML platforms leveraging GenAI models, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks. - Drive innovation in autonomous AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, and knowledge-driven systems. - Solution Design & Development - Lead design of end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) into enterprise systems. - Build and optimize agentic workflows for automation, reasoning, and decision-making. - Ensure secure, ethical, and responsible AI practices across all solutions. - Technical Leadership - Guide teams on Python-based AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face). - Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects. - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align AI adoption strategy. - Innovation & Research - Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and multi-modal AI. - Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and vendors for enterprise adoption. - Drive PoCs and innovation initiatives to assess business value of AI-driven solutions. Required Skills: - Experience (12–15 years) in AI/ML, software engineering, and solution architecture, with at least 4–5 years in leadership/architectural roles. - Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex). - Proven experience with GenAI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model integration. - Hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration. - Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs. - Experience in cloud-based AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI). - Solid grasp of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and monitoring. - Strong knowledge of data engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Desired Skills: - Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video, speech). - Exposure to enterprise-grade AI security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications. - Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
