High Salary: Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Job Profile Solution Engineer: - You will report to the Global Leader Customer Solutions Consulting to contribute towards conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations of Encompass solutions. - You will identify the customer requirements and collaborate with our teams to promote the product/ solution and service design approach to meet those requirements, present the proposed solution, and adjust the solution for the customer. - You will be under the guidance of more experienced Solution Consultants/Engineers, validate the product, service, and/or solution is relevant, the right fit, and complete for the customer. - You will collaborate with the product team to identify, document and close out any roadmap items required as part of the solution. - You will collaborate with other solution engineers and architects to design and present technical architecture and/or product/solution design to the customer. - You will demonstrate the functional and technical aspects of the solution while educating the customer on the value-based benefit, scalability, story, Return on investment, and environment configuration of the solution. - You will assess deliverables, approach and solutions to guide standardization across multiple solutions sets, simplify the solution sales approach and a more effective & efficient solution Is this opportunity right for you We're looking for candidates who: - Bachelor's degree in BS/BA/BE, or related field with 5 years experience in sales of software products and services or customer facing solutioning - Proficiency in English in a business environment - 5 years pre-sales experience in CSG's target markets - Experience in setting-up and leading a technical demonstration - Experience in Telco BSS - Successful track record of presales roles supporting large to mid-sized pursuits - Excellent customer facing presence with experience to actively participate in successful sales opportunities CSGer Perks & Benefits - Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid - Employee Belonging Groups - Healthcare: Dental, Medical, and Vision - Paid Vacation, Volunteer, and Holiday Time Off - And so much more - View More Benefits (https://www.csgi.com/careers/) If you would like to be considered for employment opportunities with CSG and need special assistance due to a disability or accommodation for a disability throughout any aspect of the application process, please call us at +1 (402) 431-7440 or email us at [Confidential Information].
