Role Accountabilities

- Advanced Revit ELV/ICT/OSP Experience
- Hands on experience on domestic & international ELV/ICT codes & building codes.
- Ability to develop 3D BIM models using Revit on all different LOD levels.
- Managing CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects to completion within budget
- Undertake self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control of junior BIM modelers works and ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards
- Should have led the projects Independently including complete clash detection and clash resolution for projects, with other disciplines
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Advise and mentor junior BIM colleagues
- Hands on experience working with BIM 360/ACC platform and design review process
- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM projectworkflowcriteria
- Knowledge of BIM Protocol, ISO 19650 and related BIM standards
- Creating and Managing Clash Analysis, Family Creation for the Projects
- Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications
- Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings
- Adhere to the schedule and quality requirements
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- Possess Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement

Software Expectations

- Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- ACC/BIM360 Docs Management
- Knowledge of other software's like Civil3D, MicroStation, Revitzo is an added advantage
- Any knowledge in Design Automation is added advantage

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Electrical
- 8-10 years of experience in designing & BIM modelling of Building & Infrastructure projects.
- Clear knowledge of work procedures, and ability to work independently.
- Delivering Drawings to desired quality standards and according to mutually agreed timelines with the client.
- Able to communicate in confidence with client or foreign counterpart.
- Working in team to deliver projects on time.
- Attending meetings with technical leads
