You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in financial analysis You have found the right team As a Financial Analyst in our Finance team you will spend each day defining refining and delivering set goals for our firm You will focus on leading and managing Card Services which includes Credit Card and Connected Commerce PXT Product Experience and Technology Finance team partnering and supporting the US based teams You will play a critical role in owning financial processes budgeting analysis reporting cost management direct and indirect articulating financial performance to the senior leadership team and keeping the team motivated along with ensuring strict governance across a large matrixed organization Strong technical abilities with knowledge of financial systems related process workflows and the ability to simplify analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the financials will be critical for this role Job Responsibilities Support all financial processes and reporting including month-end actuals budget and forecast of various financial and headcount resourcing metrics and scenarios views and perform variance analysis for the P A function of the Technology business Oversee and support the team with monthly reporting incorporating ad-hoc views and provide insights across direct and allocation expenses to F BMs and other leadership teams Ensure reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver financial results to senior management enhance controls streamline processes and introduce automation where possible Prepare insightful high-quality Senior Management presentations Identify and leverage best practices from other PXT F BM groups Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior management on a frequent basis Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for increased process and reporting efficiencies Ensure data integrity accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations Adhere to internal compliance policies and other business reporting requirements Take on responsibility for bi-weekly monthly headcount reporting from the Card Services PXT team inclusive of named joiners and known leavers Create dynamic financial management reporting and partner with Finance Business Management teams and Business to track and report various financial results and metrics Gain overall knowledge and understanding of the Card Services portfolio and its value to CCB and JPMC Required qualifications capabilities and skills Chartered Accountant CFA MBA Finance or similar educational background with 12 years of post-qualification experience Strong financial analytical skills -
