Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Location: Surajpur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage all aspects of human resources in our hospital. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative staff.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll preparation, attendance management, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
Organize training, orientation, and employee engagement programs.
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and performance appraisals.
Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
