Responsibilities - Develop and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems. - Utilize Ansible to automate and streamline infrastructure processes enhancing efficiency and reliability. - Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance identifying and resolving issues proactively. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Document infrastructure configurations and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure capabilities. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all infrastructure activities. - Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system resources. - Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to assess infrastructure health and performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve infrastructure solutions. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of infrastructure development and management principles. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Ansible for automation and configuration management. - Have experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Show capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
