Key Responsibilities Clinical Expertise Assess and manage swallowing disorders in patients with neurological post-surgical or post-traumatic conditions Conduct bedside and instrumental evaluations such as FEES or VFSS where applicable Develop individualized deglutition rehabilitation plans focusing on safe swallowing and airway protection Therapeutic Interventions Implement evidence-based swallowing exercises and compensatory strategies Collaborate with dietitians for appropriate diet texture modifications Educate patients and caregivers on safe feeding practices and oral hygiene Departmental Contribution Maintain structured documentation and reporting of therapy outcomes Support interdisciplinary case discussions and rehabilitation planning Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards Research Innovation Contribute to developing standardized swallowing therapy protocols Participate in case presentations and clinical studies related to dysphagia Business Enhancement Assist in developing specialized swallowing rehab programs and workshops Support marketing initiatives highlighting dysphagia management services Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
