Job Description:

Lead Management:

1. Receive, manage and direct calls from potential students or inquiries.

2. Convert inbound leads into prospective candidates through effective communication.

Counseling:

1. Provide detailed information about ALLEN Global's courses, curriculum, and facilities.

2. Understand the needs, objectives, and concerns of potential students and provide appropriate solutions.

Telesales:

1. Make outbound calls to potential students or leads.

2. Follow up with leads who showed interest but didn't enrol.

In-person Conversion:

1. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective students and their families.

2. Use effective sales techniques to persuade and convert leads into enrolments.

Database Management:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads.

2. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback and insights about the lead quality and volume.

2. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.

Continuous Learning:

1. Stay updated with all ALLEN Global courses, curriculum changes, and any other relevant information.

2. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in study abroad counseling, education consultancy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of study abroad trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mind-set with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Salesforce is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in an educational consultancy or university admissions office.
- Familiarity with standardized tests like SAT, TOEFL, etc.
- Knowledge of scholarships and financial aid opportunities for international students
