Job Description Growth Marketing Specialist Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Salary: Rs 30,00040,000 per month(depending on experience) Company: CelebrateAlly AI for Meaningful Celebrations About CelebrateAlly CelebrateAlly is an AI-powered platform that helps people create personalized celebrations from wedding vows and speeches to digital keepsakes, gift finders, and message generators. We're now expanding into B2B tools, helping small businesses embed AI-powered quizzes and recommenders on their websites to boost engagement and conversions. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can bridge creativity and strategy someone who understands B2B marketing, can create and schedule engaging Social Medua content, and loves crafting blogs that inspire and convert. What You'll Do B2B Growth & Marketing - Execute strategies to grow CelebrateAlly Pro (our B2B AI quiz and gift recommender tools). - Create marketing materials, outreach messages, and landing page copy for small businesses (Shopify, Wix, and WordPress users). - Identify and engage potential partners (florists, gift shops, event planners, creators). - Support inbound and outbound lead generation through email and social campaigns. Content Creation & Social Media - Design and schedule Pinterest pins and Instagram visual content that showcase our AI tools and seasonal campaigns. - Create demo videos, carousels, and short-form content to highlight product features and use cases. - Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar across Pinterest, Instagram, and blogs. Blog Creation & SEO - Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs that attract both B2B and B2C audiences. - Collaborate on blog topics aligned with seasonal campaigns, business trends, and CelebrateAlly products. - Update and optimize existing blog posts for performance, engagement, and ranking. - Analyze keyword opportunities and create content strategies to grow organic traffic. Analytics & Optimization - Track and report on performance metrics across Pinterest, blog traffic, and lead generation. - Identify growth trends, top-performing content, and opportunities to improve conversion rates. You're a Great Fit If You - Have 2 plus years of experience in growth, content, or B2B marketing. - Can create visually appealing Pinterest and social content (using Canva or similar tools). - Have experience writing SEO-optimized blog content that drives organic traffic. - Are familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar). - Are proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple creative and analytical tasks. Bonus Skills - Experience with AI, SaaS, or eCommerce marketing. - Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, or WordPress. - Experience editing short videos or motion graphics for social media.
