Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and interactive English communication classes tailored to aviation students. - Develop course materials and lesson plans that focus on enhancing verbal and written communication skills. - Provide individual and group instruction in English language proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. - Incorporate industry-specific terminology related to aviation in communication lessons. - Evaluate students progress through assessments, feedback, and exams. - Prepare students for interviews, presentations, and professional communication in the aviation sector. - Stay updated with the latest trends in language education and integrate them into the curriculum. - Support students in developing confidence in communication, both professionally and personally. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. - TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certifications. - Proven experience in teaching English communication, preferably in aviation or related fields. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles. - Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques. - Passion for teaching and motivating students to improve their communication skills.
